Cross Stitching Corner

Hello There...do you like keeping your fingers busy and making nice things to show off in your home?

Then here is the perfect place for you to get going.

Welcome to the Cross stitching Corner.

I have listed all of my self designed cross stitching patterns here. Some have a price tag as they were designed and intended to be sold but others were exclusively created for my own requirements. These are still featured here and although they do not carry a price tag, if you are interested in getting a copy for yourself, it can surely be done.

Have a look around, take your pick and send me a message here with the details of the pattern that you wish and I will get back to you with all the necessary details to get you started.

Happy Stitching!

Sihtric from The Last Kingdom
This is the my largest project so far, it is stitched using 1 thread and doing full crosses 1 over 1 on a 28 count even weave. (to keep the size of the finished piece manageable) It is a full coverage piece which means that even the background is embroidered and took me 1 year and 6 months to finish off.

If you want to try this one out, I do have the Pdf handy. You will definitely need Pattern Keeper to work this one out and a lot of patience.

Christmas Cat
€5 for a digital PDF pattern which is compatible with Pattern Viewer App. To order kindly send your PayPal email address to my address: Pauline so that I can send you a money request. Once Payment is cleared you will receive the File on the same email that you have provided.

Welcome!

Welcome to Minerva's Treasures!🌟 Good morning everyone and welcome to this little space where I shall be sharing with you whatever happens at Minerva's Treasures.  Let me start by introducing the concept. Minerva's Treasures is a place where one can find anything related to hand made, home grown and home reared stuff.  Let's break that down:  By hand made I mean anything that one can do with their own hands such as crocheting, knitting, cross stitching, resin crafting, paper crafts, do it yourself ideas and anything else that may come to mind at some point or the other.🧶 Home grown on the other hand refers to anything that can be grown in a field or in planters such as flowers, plants, fruit, vegetables...agriculture in a sense but not on a commercial scale, more like a hobbyist kind of thing.🪴 Home reared is more or less the same as home grown, only it relates to the growing of animals and birds, be it as pets or for their produce such as hens grown for eggs.🐔 All ...

If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen it drop last week but if not, below are the detail. The pattern is called Christmas Cat. I know it is still August and way to early to be thinking Christmas, but cross stitch is also a very time consuming hobby and to finish a project in time for the festivities, one must start working on it as early as perhaps late August or early September. This heavily depends on the stitching time that one is willing/can allocate to that particular project and the list of projects on the to do list! Without any further ado, below is a mock up of my Christmas Cat:  Design Details:   Suggested fabric: 18 count aida or equivalent count in evenweave. White or Ecru would make a nice background. Stitch Count: 139 stitches wide by 178 stiches high Floss count: 28 different colours Size: this heavily depends on the fabric count of ...
